Is it cheaper to bulk buy?
Yes, it’s better in bulk!
We offer the following Subscription Bundle Buys:

$98 for 14 = $7 per bottle (save $7)

$180 for 28 = $6.42 per bottle (save $30)
You can mix and match any flavours. These bundles include free delivery and bottle credit.
What if I want to order a different amount to your Bundle Buy options?
No problem.
Our pricing is calculated like this:

0-13 bottles = $7.50 per bottle

14-27 bottles = $7 per bottle

28-49 bottles = $6.42 per bottle

50+ bottles = $6 per bottle
Delivery is free for orders of $30 and over.
How do I order and pay?
In addition to our online store, you can order on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or email us.
We currently accept PayNow or bank transfer - we'll send you our details when you place an order.
Alternatively you can pay using your credit card but you may miss our social media specials.
What’s the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver twice a week - on Mondays and Fridays. Alternate delivery days are available on request.
Do you do free delivery?
Delivery is free for orders of $30 and over.
We charge a flat $5 delivery fee for orders under $30.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Singapore - sorry, we don’t deliver to other countries.
Why has the juice separated in the bottle?
Our products are all natural, so the ingredients tend to separate over time. Just give the bottle a good shake before consuming!
Do I need to refrigerate Jamu Juice?
Yes - our juices taste best served ice cold! They should be kept in the fridge until ready to drink.
How long does it last after opening?
Once open, consume within 24 hours for best results.
How do I return my empty bottles for a refund or credit?
We’ll pick them up on your next delivery.
A credit of 50c per returned bottle will be applied to your next order.
What if I don’t place another order?
Our bottles are 100% recyclable. Please dispose of them responsibly in your nearest recycling bin.
Why are you collecting the empty bottles?
We love the beach and we don’t want to see our product washed up on the sand. We’ll make sure your bottle is recycled, ensuring a clean product and a cleaner planet.
Who/what is Pak Zingiber?
Pak Zingiber translates as Mr Ginger, our homage to the spicy herb root that forms the base of our health tonic.
